Our vibrant green classic margarita. The pop of lime brightens the tequila and the phytonutrients that give spirulina its green color add vitality and rich color.
1.5 ounces tequila or mezcal
.5 ounce Cointreau
.5 ounce simple syrup
.5 ounce (½ tablespoon) of fresh spirulina
1 ounce fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake together with ice and pour into a salt rimmed glass.
