The POG smoothie

Guava, Pineapple, Orange smoothie. This smoothie is bright, light, tropical and kid-friendly.


1 tablespoon of fresh spirulina

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup of guava juice

1 whole orange

handful of ice

Optional: goji berries, hemp seeds, pineapple garish

Blend in a high powered blender and serve.
