The Founder favorite! This is how co-founder Sasha starts most morning. Fresh spirulina and protein-packed additions keep you satiated and nourished all morning long. Great for pre or post workouts!


1 banana

4-5 ice cubes

2 tablespoons of fresh spirulina

1 tablespoon of nut butter

1 cup plant based milk

Optional: protein powder, collagen powder, honey, handful of nuts, maca, hemp seeds, ½ cup yogurt, pinch of cinnamon
