Green and Creamy Spirulina Goddess Salad Dressing

We’re thrilled that the classic, deliciously herby Green Goddess Salad Dressing is making comeback…and this version is truly the greenest goddess ever! Easy to make at home, you’ll be eating more salads than you ever dreamed.

½ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped

3 tablespoons minced chives

2 tablespoons, plus 2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt (can add more to taste)

1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan alternative

1/2 cup plain yogurt or vegan alternative

1 tablespoon Greenspring Farms Fresh Spirulina

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor on high from about 30 seconds or until smooth

  • We recommend this dressing be served over your favorite salad or with vegetable crudité

Recipe Notes

*When chopping cilantro and dill: Cut about two inches off the base of each stalk, and chop the rest (leaves, stalks, everything)…we try our best to be zero waste!

**We recommend Sir Kensington’s Mayonnaise or Fabanaise (vegan). Using alternatives will yield a similar result

***For a thicker end product, you can swap plain yogurt for greek or a greek-style vegan alternative.
